Small Companies |
 Small companies
often can't afford, or need, a full time Human Resource professional. BMA is
able to offer these types of companies, professional and experienced consulting
on an "as needed" basis. This allows a smaller company to only pay for the
services when they are needed. This outsourcing solution works extremely well
for a small but growing company. |
 |
Mid-Sized Companies |
 Many mid-sized
companies experience the pains associated with growth. The Human Resource
person at these companies did an excellent job when the company was small but
often get stretched and needs that are outside of their area of expertise
become more and more common. BMA is able to step in on an as needed basis or
contract a set number of hours a week to develop the Human Resource function at
your company. BMA has been very successful enhancing Human Resource Departments
and training the current staff how to manage them. |

Large Companies |
 Large companies
often have ¼ or ½ time needs or needs projects completed and do
not have the staff available. BMA is able to step in and fill these needs. |
