- Q: How much time do you typically spend with
a client?
- A: Each client is different. Before any
services are provided, I conduct a needs assessment to fully understand what
their needs are and provide an overview of the services that I feel are
necessary.
- Q: What areas of expertise does BMA
offer?
- A: BMA offers expertise in the areas of
Human Resource Management, Training and Development and OSHA Compliance.
- Q: Can I direct applicants to this web site
to have them complete an application?
- A: BMA provides applicant screening services
for clients. Applicants can complete the application on this web site. BMA will conduct
an initial interview and check references on qualified applicants and provide
that information to your company.
- Q: What education and certifications do you
have?
- A: I have a BS in Occupational Safety and
Health from Iowa State University. I received my Professional in Human
Resources (PHR) from the Society for Human Resource Management. I am certified
to teach OSHA 10 and 30 hour courses and I received my Lead Auditor
certification in ISO 9001:2000 from Perry Johnson.
- Q: What types of training are you able to
provide to employees?
- A: I can use training programs I have
already developed or develop a customized program to fit your needs. I am able
to provide training to all levels of employees.
